Delivery Information

UK Delivery

Due to COVID-19 - we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail so please allow up to 8 working days for orders placed before 1pm on weekdays. Orders over the weekend are despatched on the next working day.

If your order is urgent then we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is the most quickest service we offer (with door to door tracking). Otherwise your order will be despatched via Royal Mail 48, which under normal conditions will reach you within 2 working days from despatch.

Lastly, due to weather conditions when it is extremely hot we will hold off sending any package just in case your chocolate melts en-route.

Christmas Shipping

Due to exceptional delays with Royal Mail we recommend using Royal Mail 24 Tracked to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Royal Mail 24 is also having recommened to reach before Christmas whereas Royal Mail 48 we cannot guarantee will reach before Christmas but there is a chance it will. We aim to despatch your orders by the next working day so will endeavour to give your delicious gifts the best chance of reaching by Christmas Day.

International Delivery

We aim to deliver your Chocolate worldwide. Due to lower volume on our international parcels we don't get preferential shipping rates. Whilst we appreciate shipping is more expensive, we are confident our Chocolate will make up for it.
